AI Real Estate Appraiser was built by Benjamin Onega, a practicing residential appraiser, with the aim of producing the AI tools the appraisal community actually needs — focused, USPAP-compliant by design, defensible against GSE underwriter and reviewer scrutiny.
Every prompt and rule encoded into the agents reflects the discipline a real report demands: definitive voice, no subjective qualifiers, source-cited claims, vendor-neutral attribution, and explicit driver analysis where Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac selling guides require it.

Forms-software integration
Standard URAR import format compatible with TOTAL, ACI, ClickFORMS, and any other GSE-compliant forms platform. Page 1 fields and SCA grid Subject column populate automatically on import.
